AS PER CM(08) 571, VEHICLES THAT ARE OVER 15 YEARS OLD FROM THE CURRENT YEAR ARE BANNED FROM IMPORTATION TO NIUE! Upon receipt of cargo for shipment at the applicable load port, or as soon thereafter as Matson or its local agents are able to produce them, shippers will be issued with bills of lading or sea waybills for their cargo, documenting the agreed transport, and recording all of the terms and conditions on which it is to be undertaken.
